Wax Heads, a cozy yet punk narrative simulation game that has you working in a record store, has a physical Nintendo Switch version along with a Double Disc Vinyl coming out on October 8th, with a limit of 3000 Nintendo Switch Copies.
We previously reviewed Wax Heads:
“Wax Heads has reignited a love for more narrative driven games in me, and the art style compliments it perfectly. Definitely give this one a try — and as a personal thing, can we mainstream vinyl again? You get much better audio quality on vinyl!”
Wax Heads has us working at a record store – and changing lives too
The Wax Heads Deluxe Double Vinyl features 25 curated tracks, across a bunch of different genres, bands and eras. It feels like the perfect thing to go along with the general vibe of Wax Heads.
The two 12 inch vinyls have a colour in colour pressing effect, so each one looks a little different from each one – everyone gets something unique! They are inside a gatefold full color sleeve with exclusive inner art.
Pre-orders for this, and the Nintendo Switch physical, are starting at 6pm on October 8th. If you’ve not previously played Wax Heads and are thinking about jumping into the game, now might be the best time to grab up the physical and see what you think about this record shop.
