Pokopia is still going strong, with free updates that match seasonal changes in the real world. For the first time, Pokopia is going to have a Halloween event, from October 17th until November 1st.
On October 17th at 5am, you will be able to talk to a Pumpkaboo, who will be standing near a Halloween decorated Pokemon Center. This is just the perfect way to start off spooky season. Punkaboo has a bunch of Halloween-themed items that you can trade for as long as you have enough candy.

Candy is the new in-game currency, which you can collect by using Zorua’s camouflage ability, so that you transform yourself in to an object. Once you have transformed into an item, Pokemon will be interested in that item and come and investigate. If you pop out to scare them, you will get candy. It’s a classic trick or treat situation, really.
The Halloween items can be used to build a habitat where you can summon Pumpkaboo’s evolution – Gourgeist – or you can just decorate your island to fit the time of year.
