The Pokémon TCG community have been treated this week with the announcement of both Delta Reign for the TCG and now Team Rocket’s Ambition for TCG Pocket to be released on the 27th of August, featuring new events with new rewards to help you prepare and open the new packs.
The new Pokémon Team Rocket’s Ambition booster pack will be themed around the iconic Team Rocket and will have cards that feature the various antics and scheming you would expect of the villainous group. Some of the cards will also be stamped with the Team Rocket logo as well and will likely be featured in events like a lot of the other special cards in Pocket have been.
From the 28th of August BST players will be able to participate in various events to earn shady tickets to spend on rewards in the store. These event include special assignments and an emblem event which normally has you test your deck against others in the PVP fights to earn rewards and of course the emblem.
From September 10th there will also be a Lapras drop event which will have trainers complete solo battles and challenges to earn pack points as well as some of the Promo B set cards including Lapras.
Finally closing out the month of September will be a wonder pick event from the 19th of September at 7am BST, this will feature the chance to wonder pick some more exclusive Promo Set B cards as well as other goodies and rewards. After completing the associated missions you’ll also be able to trade in a ticket for any one of the cards you may not have gotten’ so far.
With the meta constantly shifting in Pokémon Pocket and new card combinations being discovered with every new set it will be an exciting addition to feature some of the more mischievous characters and creatures in the Pokémon world to Pocket with the Pokemon Team Rocket’s Ambition boosters.
