Heave Ho 2 is coming out June 19th with free demo out now
Heave Ho has announced Heave Ho 2 – a wacky, physics-based multiplayer game – which is coming out on June 19th, but you can also play a free demo now on Steam.
We previously reviewed Heave Ho:
“Before you decide on getting Heave Ho check if you have someone to play with, and if that person would enjoy this type of game. If you have both, this game is gonna be up your alley. Some people might even enjoy just doing the solo gamemode. And for twenty bucks (or local equivalent) it’s worth it.”
Heave Ho 2 is in the same vein of gameplay as the previous game, where you can explore eight different worlds full of nonsense and chaos, along with a lot of physics-based puzzles that you need to think outside the box to keep yourself on the map.
You and up to three of your friends can chain up, move together, and try to use your movement to finish the end of each level. Sometimes you all need to climb through mountains, other times navigate boats. You might need to burst out of jars or blend some fruit into a smoothie.
Gravity does allow you to push, pull, shoot, and use objects in a way that can be quite interesting in each level. Therese even things like lazers to challenge you! You can either work together or go into a versus mode to take on a bunch of individual, frantic challenges.
Heave Ho 2 is fully online, including the demo, so you can play with your friends through the power of the internet if they aren’t locally around you – which is a big jump from their previous local only game. And, if you want to play Heave Ho, it’s currently on sale at the moment so you can play it while you wait.
Heave Ho is launching on PC and Nintendo Switch at the same time, fully equip with interesting achievements and a bunch of playable characters from other games!
