Deep Rock Galactic is running another Rocktober Fest! For those who aren’t aware, Deep Rock Galactic is a single or multiplayer co-op FPS where you play as a bunch of dwarven space miners, who are mining in a procedurally generated destructible environment. It’s fun, chaotic, and full of giant bugs!
We previously previewed Deep Rock Galactic:

So far, we’ve seen a couple of things announced for Rocktober Fest:
There’s a new themed headgear, which feels like it fits the October Fest concept, as it’s a Freihand Tap Cap. It’s a silly, dual drinking hat! To match your new drinking hat, players can complete the Hunt for Lederhosen assignment again to get an outfit that fits well with this hat. Completing this old quest also allows players to unlock hats from previous Rocktober Fests as well.
There are also some optimizations coming, along with double XP when using Best Wurst Beer mugs, which are found in the caves! The Abyss bar will be all decorated for the festive season too, so you can grab a drink and enjoy the festivities.
